Group Training

Free group training is offered by telephone in small groups over our
conference bridge. You must have an appontment to participate.

Online Help

Registered users always have access to online help manuals by clicking the
Help link which appears on the left side of the screen.

Email Support

Free support is available by email, click Support and send your question.
Most support requests are answered within 4 hours on business days.

Telephone Support

Telephone support is available for emergency situations and problems not
caused by user error or not covered in the online help. The toll free number for
telephone support is: 888-661-5766 (9:30 am to 6:30 pm EST, business days).
You will often need to leave a message and we will return your phone call.

Support Holidays

No support is provided on weekends or the following holidays:
New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
