SettlementRoom, Inc., a developer of closing coordination and archiving software for the real estate industry, has signed seven new distribution and referral agreements with companies that span the U.S.

In SettlementRoom’s growing referral network are Pipeline Solutions, of Irvine, CA, a provider of several mortgage software products for lenders, and RealData, Inc., of South Norwalk, CT, a software company specializing in products for lenders, brokers, appraisers, investors, and accountants. New SettlementRoom distributors include The Berger Group, of Loudounville, NY, a real estate technology and marketing consulting company; Marzanne Computers, of Fairlawn, NY, a title software company; Dee Vanover and Associates, of Davie, FL, also a title software company; and Mark-It-Systems, of Bolivar, MO, a provider of real estate and lender software solutions. As with all SettlementRoom distributors, existing users of these four company’s software packages will be able to integrate existing information directly into SettlementRoom’s software without re-keying data.

SettlementRoom also welcomes Creative Alliances, of Clifton, VA, which has a nationwide sales team delivering a complete portfolio of best-in-class products and services to real estate companies.
