SettlementRoom and Sonoma Enterprises have partnered to combine several desktop technologies with SettlementRoom's online transaction management system (TMS). The integration yielded a new product for managing real estate deals called SR Producer.

The software combines the following into one application:

• The SettlementRoom Web-based transaction management system
• Microsoft Outlook e-mail and contact management technology
• Sonoma’s Agent Outlook, which adds real estate marketing, campaign management, e-mail and mail merge capabilities and template letters to Outlook 

Agents and real estate offices can work online, offline, in SettlementRoom, in Outlook or on a PDA, the companies said. All data is synchronized.

SettlementRoom claims more than 60,000 registered users. It serves agents, brokers, title companies, lenders and builders.
