    Usage Price Schedule

    SettlementRoom has price plans and configurations for users at every level, from individual agents to multi-office companies, and from as few as 20 to over 5,000 transactions per year.

    SettlementRoom is sold by the transaction. A transaction usually corresponds to one property address, whether the property represents a listing, contract, closing, or loan. See our Usage Policies and Cancellation Policy below on this page for more detail.

    BRONZE PACKAGE - $299

  • 20 Transactions ($14.95 each).
  • Includes unlimited use, free training, and free email support.


    • SILVER PACKAGE - $596.25

  • 75 Transactions ($7.95 each).
  • Includes unlimited use, free training, free email support, standard one hour team/company setup assistance. Setup assistance includes setting up your currently active transactions and your current staff/team. Currently active transactions will be provided without cost.


    • GOLD PACKAGE - $1,485

  • 300 Transactions ($4.95 each).
  • Includes unlimited use, free training, free email support, standard phone support, three hours team/company setup assistance. Setup assistance includes setting up your currently active transactions and your current staff/team. Currently active transactions will be provided without cost.
  • Includes one half price Custom Branding
